How cool is this Whirligig Tote Bag, just asking to be taken to the beach, shopping or just about anywhere you need a little tote bag. The front and back hexagons each measure approximately 12″ and a 2″ gusset is added. A picot edging and a crochet button adds interest to the top opening, and a V-Stitch shoulder strap with a picot edging ties it all together.
Size: Approximately 28″ in circumference (or around) and 12″ in depth with a 25″ shoulder strap.
Skill level: Intermediate.
Materials: Orly (a worsted weight or size 4 yarn) from Omega Yarns.
Tools: Boye crochet hook, U.S. size H.
